Cats: CONDITIONS OF BOARDING

ANIMALS ONLY ACCEPTED OR RETURNED DURING THE TIMES GIVEN

April to September: Weekdays 10.00 -12.00 noon & 2.30 - 4.00 pm, Sundays 10.00- 12.00 noon only. Bank Holidays - Closed.

October to March: Weekdays 10.00 -12.00 noon & 2.30 – 3.30 pm, Sundays 10.00- 12.00 noon only. Bank Holidays - Closed.

Bookings made by telephone will only be held for one week from the date of enquiry.

No booking will be confirmed until a booking form and contract has been returned signed and completed.

CATS MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED. DO ENSURE ALL VACCINATIONS ARE COMPLETED AT LEAST 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, OR BOARDING WILL BE REFUSED.

No responsibility is taken for loss, escape or sickness of any cat whilst at the cattery, or during the transport to and from there, nor for any of the owner's property which is brought with the cat(s). In the event of any cat becoming ill, treatment will be charged for. All boarding fees and expenses which may arise must be paid in advance, or before the cat(s) leave the cattery. In the event of any cat not being collected and the boarding fees due not being paid within a reasonable period, the cats(s) will be considered as abandoned.

CANCELLATIONS: THE WHOLE PERIOD BOOKED WILL BE CHARGED

UNLESS 3 WEEKS WRITTEN NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS GIVEN

Please note: Day of arrival and departure will be charged for.

Minimum 5 day period will be charged over Bank Holidays and during July, August and Christmas holidays.

Tomten reserve the right to refuse to board any animal which is not suitable for boarding.

Christmas/New Year Bookings that include all, or any part of 23rd December to 2nd January

If you have already completed a Boarding Contract, please can we have a Booking Form and deposit for £50 (which is non-refundable) in order that we can formally confirm the reservation. You may call to pay by card or transfer to Account 81539477, Sort code 40 12 27 using your surname as a reference.

If you have not completed a Boarding Contract this year, it is vital that we have one of these too, or we may not have your up to date contact details to confirm receipt. ( If in doubt, please check with us and/or put your phone number on the booking form!)

As usual it's first come first served. A telephone ‘ penciled’ booking is always kept for a week.
